The Dorie J Collection mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Dorie J Collection (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to The Dorie J Collection's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Dorie J Collection through your wireless provider at the mobile number you provided, consistent with the consent you have given. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
Service-related messages may include product restock notifications, product availability alerts, order updates, account notifications, and other information you have requested.
Promotional messages may include new collection announcements, exclusive offers, special promotions, cart reminders, and other marketing communications, where you have separately consented to receive promotional text messages.
Signing up to receive a notification about a specific product does not automatically enroll you in unrelated promotional text messages. A request for a product restock notification does not guarantee that the product will be restocked or become available for purchase.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for SMS messaging to make any purchases. Your consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from The Dorie J Collection. Participation in our messaging programs is voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies depending on your subscriptions, product availability, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message you receive from The Dorie J Collection or by clicking the unsubscribe link, where available.
You may receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out. No further messages will be sent under the applicable messaging program unless you initiate a new subscription or provide consent again. If you are subscribed to multiple messaging programs, you may need to unsubscribe from each separately, where applicable.

We may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the Service. Where applicable, we will notify subscribers of such changes. Messages sent to a number that is no longer in service may not be received or processed.
The wireless carriers supporting the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number. If your mobile number changes, you will need to update your information and subscribe again where necessary.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Dorie J Collection is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, errors in such information, or actions taken in reliance on the information or Service.
Privacy
We respect your right to privacy. We collect and use mobile phone numbers, messaging preferences, and consent information to provide the messaging services you request.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to appropriate privacy protections.
