All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom and sanitary nature of our pillow covers. We take great care in the quality of our products, but if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us form. Our team will work with you to resolve any concerns.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we ask that you:

  • Provide a brief description of the damage or defect.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

You can submit this information via our Contact Us form. Once we review your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
